We set sail to Lobos Island from our base port, located in the town of Corralejo (north of Fuerteventura).
We will sail through what we call "El Río", the arm of the sea that separates Fuerteventura from the islet by 2 km. We will have the opportunity to admire the majestic Montaña de la Caldera, one of the oldest volcanoes in the Canary Islands, and we will observe its peculiar crater from the privileged view of the boat. From this point we can also admire the south of Lanzarote island and the Martiño lighthouse on Lobos island.
Then we will anchor near La Concha beach, known for being a paradise of turquoise waters and a natural reserve characterized by abundant marine fauna. Depending on the number of participants, we will divide into two groups of approximately 10 people, who will then exchange.
A speedboat will pick up one of the two groups and take them for a fun ride to the port of Isla de Lobos. This is where the guided tour begins to discover the magnificent lagoons with crystal clear waters and the old fishing village, where we will take a picture of you in the famous and spectacular Puertito de Isla de Lobos.
Meanwhile, the other group will continue on the catamaran enjoying water activities (snorkeling, kayaking and paddle-surfing) and a delicious typical Spanish paella, accompanied by soft drinks, beer and wine.
Once the two groups have exchanged, after the four hours of catamaran excursion, they will return to Corralejo.
Unveil the beauty and complexity of the night sky on a stargazing adventure lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. The Corralejo Dunes provide a tranquil and awe-inspiring setting for stargazing, offering stunning celestial views despite some ambient light. Your expert Star Guide will lead you on a captivating exploration, using telescopes and laser pointers to enhance your view of stars, planets, and celestial wonders.
Our stargazing location is a short 5-minute walk across sand. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking to discuss whether this experience is suitable for you.
The Canary Islands are in an excellent position to observe the night sky. The geographical situation just above the equator allows us to observe the entire northern hemisphere and a large part of the southern hemisphere. In Fuerteventura we can enjoy a clear and unique sky. We don't need to climb mountains to see the universe, the sky is free from light pollution, has little air traffic and very little air pollution. In 2015, Fuerteventura received the UNESCO Starlight Reserve certificate, a recognition of the quality of the Fuerteventura sky.
The meeting time is 1 hour after sunset. The exact time will be confirmed in your confirmation email.
For all external excursions: Once your reservation is done, we will contact you to confirm availability for your chosen days and times.
