Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or changes must be made in writing by email: (contacto@fuertecharter.com.)

Verbal cancellations or changes will be not accepted. 

• ≥ 60 days before the trip -> NO CHARGE
• ≥ 30 days before the trip -> 30%
• < 30 days before the trip –> 50%
• < 7 days before the trip –> 100%

Rainy or cloudy days are not a valid reason for customers to cancel or change their booking. We strictly adhere to the captain’s recommendations or warning notifications made by the authorities on the need to cancel a trip due to adverse weather conditions.

Way to pay:

• 50% on booking.
• 50% one month before boarding.

Discounts: 

• Client Repeater: 5% 
• Charter 2 weeks: 10% 
• Charter Of 3 weeks or more: 15% 

Timetable

• For week charters check-in is on Saturday at 14
• For week charters check-out is on Friday until 18
